Walleye With Relish
4 Qty. 6 oz .walleye fillets brushed with olive oil and seasoned to taste
Walleye Baste
2 cloves garlic minced
2 Tbsp. chopped cilantro
2 Tbsp. lime juice
1/2 tsp. Hot sauce
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
Relish
1 avocado pieced and diced
1 can black beans rinsed and drained
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
3 Tbsp. lime juice
2 cloves garlic
salt & pepper to taste
Mix above ingredients together in a bowl. Grill fish 3 minutes per side, basting mixture frequently. To serve, spoon relish on serving plates. Top with fish and a few sprigs of cilantro. Serve with warm garlic, or cheese bread
